What is TrustScore?
Choosing a TRON energy provider means comparing prices, reliability, reputation, and features across many options. TrustScore does this work for you — it continuously analyzes real-time pricing, expert evaluations, community feedback, on-platform activity, and operational history to produce a single score for each provider. The higher the score, the stronger the provider performs across all dimensions.
How is it calculated?
TrustScore is the weighted sum of five independent components. Each component captures a different aspect of provider quality, and the weights reflect how much each factor matters to a typical energy buyer.
Price Score
AutomatedEvaluates how competitive a provider's pricing is across the marketplace. We compare real-time 1-hour energy prices from every listed provider — the most affordable earns the highest score, while others are ranked proportionally.
Trust Score
Expert ReviewOur team's hands-on assessment of each provider's reliability. We evaluate API quality, order fulfillment consistency, price stability over time, support responsiveness, and overall operational maturity.
Review Score
AutomatedAggregated user feedback with statistical smoothing to ensure fairness. Providers with few reviews aren't unfairly penalized or inflated. Verified purchase reviews carry additional weight for greater accuracy.
TronAgg Score
AutomatedMeasures real transaction volume processed through TronAggregator over the past 30 days. Higher activity signals a provider that users actively choose and trust for their energy purchases.
Longevity Score
