TRONAgg Privacy Policy

Effective Date: July 21, 2026 · Last Updated: July 21, 2026

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy describes how the operator of TRONAgg ("TRONAgg," "we," "us") processes personal data in connection with tronagg.ai, the Workspace, APIs, Telegram bots, the Energy-Free Node, AutoEnergy and related services (the "Services").

Capitalised terms have the meaning given in the Terms of Service.

This Policy does not represent that TRONAgg is incorporated or licensed in any particular jurisdiction.

2. Data We Collect

Depending on how you use the Services, we may collect:

  • account data, including the email address associated with Google sign-in, Telegram account identifiers and TRON wallet addresses used for authentication;
  • transaction and ledger data, including orders, deposits, withdrawals, TRX Balance entries, API and node activity and blockchain transaction identifiers;
  • technical data, including IP address, device and browser information, approximate location, cookies, logs and security records;
  • usage and analytics data, including pages viewed and interface events; and
  • communications you send to us.

3. Data We Never Collect

TRONAgg will never request or store your wallet seed phrase, private key or wallet password.

4. How We Use Data

We use personal data to:

  • provide and operate the Services;
  • process orders, deposits and withdrawals;
  • authenticate access;
  • send service notifications;
  • provide support;
  • monitor performance and improve the Services;
  • prevent fraud, abuse and security incidents;
  • perform sanctions, risk and blockchain-analytics screening;
  • comply with legal obligations;
  • establish, exercise or defend legal claims; and
  • enforce the Terms of Service.

5. Blockchain Data

The TRON blockchain is public. Wallet addresses, transactions and delegations are permanently and publicly visible, are replicated across a network we do not control, and may be analysed or linked to you by third parties independently of TRONAgg.

We cannot delete, modify or reverse data recorded on a public blockchain, and no right or request can require us to do so.

6. Sharing

We may share personal data with:

  • infrastructure, hosting, CDN and communications providers;
  • analytics and error-monitoring providers;
  • third-party Providers to the extent reasonably necessary to fulfil an order;
  • sanctions-screening and blockchain-analytics services;
  • professional advisers;
  • competent authorities where required by applicable law or a valid request; and
  • a successor entity as described in the Terms of Service.

We do not sell personal data.

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies (including authentication session cookies) and analytics cookies. Blocking essential cookies will prevent parts of the Services, including the Workspace, from functioning.

8. Retention

We retain personal data for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes above, including security, fraud prevention, accounting, dispute resolution, sanctions compliance and other legal obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

Blockchain records are permanent and outside our control.

9. International Processing

Data may be processed in jurisdictions other than your own, which may provide different levels of data protection.

10. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures appropriate to the nature of the Services. No system is completely secure, and we do not guarantee absolute security of data transmitted to or stored by the Services.

11. Your Rights

Where applicable law grants you rights over your personal data (such as access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability or complaint to a supervisory authority), you may exercise them by contacting [email protected].

We may need to verify your identity before responding, and we may retain data where required or permitted by applicable law, including for the purposes in Section 8.

Rights cannot be exercised in respect of public blockchain data (Section 5).

12. Age

The Services are not directed to persons under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.

13. Third-Party Services

Telegram, Google, wallet providers, blockchain explorers and other third-party services process data under their own terms and privacy policies, for which TRONAgg is not responsible.

14. Changes

We may update this Policy prospectively. Where reasonably practicable, material changes will be communicated through the Website, the Workspace or another appropriate channel.

Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where legally permitted.

15. Language

This Policy may be translated. Unless mandatory law requires otherwise, the English version controls in the event of a material inconsistency.
